If you can't get time off, I suspect you are a founding entrepreneur who is used to doing it all in the most economic way possible. If your company is growing, it's probably time to decide who is number 2, and gradually begin to prepare someone to take over if something ever happens to you. This plan should be written down, and kept with your important papers. How about leaving an hour earlier each day? Or taking off one day a week? If you find it hard to trust anyone else to ever take over, that's another kind of issue.
